Dear ISPI Community,

My name is Jill Stefaniak and I am an Assistant Professor of Instructional Design & Technology at Old Dominion University. I am currently working on a research project with a doctoral student, Kaye Rabel, to examine strategies used during the onboarding process of new instructional design hires.

 We are currently seeking individuals who are working as instructional designers (6 months to 2 years) as well as individuals who interact with instructional designers in a training capacity.

You are being asked to complete a survey about how organizations utilize cognitive apprenticeship teaching methods to onboard novice instructional designers and the information covered during onboarding.
