Description:

Do you think of evaluating performance improvement programs as time-consuming and scary? Do you equate it with using a smiley sheet? We will explain an easy-to-follow, 10-step evaluation procedure for conducting comprehensive program evaluations. Using two evaluation studies conducted at an insurance call center and a health care organization, you will learn how performance improvement practitioners like yourselves designed evaluations based on stakeholders' needs, developed program logic models, determined dimensions, collected and analyzed data, and drew conclusions.

Note: Registered attendees will receive an email with a link to the webinar. If the link is not included in the initial registration confirmation, it will be sent a few days in advance of the event.
