Program:

Organizations invest millions of dollars in learning and development, yet are often disappointed when performance doesn't improve as expected. One possible cause is the failure to follow up a formal learning event with reinforcement. This failure means wasted time and money, as well as lack of desired business outcomes from anticipated performance gains.

This session offers a fresh approach for extending the learning and providing reinforcement. It brings micro-learning to the student's mobile phone in an interactive way to reinforce knowledge and to engage the student directly in key bits of the learning again and again. Bonnie shares the pilot of a major automotive company who wanted to know: Can chatbots improve salesforce performance?  Participants in this session will interact with the bot as the presenter shares the pilot structure and results.
