Description: Thomas Gilbert, on of the founders of our profession, stated that what we do is engineer human performance solutions that deliver valued and worthy accomplishments. How do we use our ten principles for performance improvement and design thinking principles to assess, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate how well our intervention did to deliver valued and worthy outcomes and results (our first principle)? This session will explain how the ROI Methodology can take you to the next level to deliver valued and worthy performance improvement solutions that your clients and customers want that includes showing them the value you delivered for their money.
