He is the director of consulting services for ROI Institute, the leading source of ROI competency building, implementation support, networking, and research. He helps organizations implement the ROI Methodology at more than 6,000 organizations in over 70 countries. Tim is also frequently invited to speak at association meetings and international conferences. Tim earned his Ph.D. in Education at Capella University with a specialization in training and performance improvement.
