Understanding how to design curriculum is essential in improving one's performance. What's even more important is understanding the various ways in which adults learn new information. This webinar focuses on learning best practices in utilizing multiple intelligences to improve performance.

Sarah K. Jackson is a Senior Instructional Designer for UnitedHealth Group. She has 22 years of experience in training, instructional design, and learning consultation. Sarah has designed and delivered thousands of courses, which include technical processes, soft skills, and leadership workshops.

Sarah has Masters degrees in Education (Major: Instructional Design for Distance Learning) and Business (Major: Global Enterprise Management). She also has professional certifications as an eLearning Specialist and a 5 Moments of Need Designer.
