This is a must attend session for L&D professionals who need to create collaborative partnerships with senior executives and business unit managers when discussing performance improvement. This is a critical session for L&D managers whose learning organizations are evolving from learning to performance. It is a foundational session for performance consultants who must analyze performance problems and develop multi-faceted solutions.

Presenter:


Sean Rea is the Director, Performance and Learning Solutions at Friesen, Kaye and Associates. His extensive experience in both the private and public-sector spans more than 20 years in Performance Improvement, Learning and Development, and Leadership.

Sean is a Performance and Organizational Consultant for senior executives and HR directors throughout North America, Asia and Europe. He has worked with such clients as: Allied  Solutions, ArcelorMittal Dofasco, Amex, Canada Border Services Agency, Canada Revenue Agency, Canadian Security Intelligence Service, Lehman Brothers, Lenovo, NetSuite, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Standard Charter Bank, and Sunlife.

He has presented at industry events including: The International Society for Performance Improvement, Training Magazine, and Training Magazine’s Leadership Summit.

Sean is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), and Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). He is also an International Board of Standards, Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI) Scholar.
