Join us for an engaging Speedy Mentoring experience designed for professionals in the field of Performance Improvement.
This dynamic 90-minute session brings together four experienced mentors and eight motivated mentees in a structured 1 mentor : 2 mentees format. Participants will engage in four 20-minute mentoring rounds, rotating across mentors to gain diverse perspectives, practical insights, and actionable guidance.
The session begins with a brief welcome and concludes with a focused wrap-up, ensuring time is used efficiently while preserving depth and meaningful connection in each mentoring conversation.
