The 2026 Performance Improvement Conference will take place in person from March 30 – April 2 in Nashville, TN, with a virtual conference scheduled for April 20 – 24. This annual gathering brings together leading human performance professionals, innovators, and practitioners to explore cutting-edge ideas, research, and tools shaping the future of performance improvement.
