Priyanka Dave is the Upskilling Lead for Oregon State University’s Administrative Modernization Program, where she leads university-wide workforce development through strategic upskilling and the development of future-ready capabilities. Her work integrates inclusive learning and organizational change to align people strategies with institutional priorities, strengthen talent pipelines, accelerate performance, and enable long-term success.
Over the past 13 years, Priyanka has delivered measurable impact across the IT, aerospace, pharmaceutical, and higher education sectors in the United States and India. She specializes in leading large-scale transformation initiatives that shape culture, drive adoption, and convert learning into sustained performance outcomes.
Rebecca M. Reese

Rebecca M. Reese is a leader in the field of instructional design and an independent researcher whose work examines accessibility, applied ethics, and systemic change in digital learning environments. Rebecca challenges compliance-only models, arguing for durable infrastructures that treat access as a design assumption rather than an accommodation. She partners with institutions to align policy and learning design workflows, supporting equitable participation for diverse learners. Rebecca has co-authored the publications: "Advancing Accessibility: Practical Strategies for Instructional Designers and Educators" and "The Instructional Design Trainer’s Guide: Authentic Practices and Considerations for Mentoring ID and Ed Tech Professionals."

Megan Alley is a Lead Developer, Instructional Designer, and educator specializing in online and hybrid learning experiences. She currently serves at the University of Texas at Dallas, where she leads the design and development of curriculum for international, pre-master’s, and pre-bachelor’s programs, and supports the rollout of new global learning initiatives. With a background spanning higher education, K–12 instruction, and Department of Defense training, Megan brings a multidisciplinary approach to curriculum design, combining evidence-based pedagogy with innovative multimedia development. Her work emphasizes accessibility, inclusive learning, and the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven instructional tools.
Megan holds a Master of Arts in Communications with a minor in Adult Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Arizona. She is passionate about creating impactful, scalable learning experiences that support diverse learners in achieving their academic and professional goals.
