This webinar will provide internal and external consultants with ideas, models, and tools to systematically and systemically analyze performance shortfalls. Included in the session are a performance consulting guide, a structure for asking questions, and a performance analysis worksheet (integrating gap analysis, cause analysis, and force field analysis) to assist consultants in working one-on-one with the managers they serve.
